Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership on strategic and operational decisions. Lead monthly performance reviews, offering insights on key business drivers. Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes while developing realistic financial targets. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and root-cause investigations. Ensure financial discipline and compliance with governance standards during month/year-end closings. Champion continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. MBA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage. 7-12+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Controlling, or Commercial Finance. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Strong understanding of P&L management and financial performance steering. Advanced analytical, problem-solving capabilities, and expertise in financial planning tools.
