Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Finance Leadership team, you will:

• Act as a trusted finance advisor to business leaders on strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner stakeholders to improve profitability, growth, and capital allocation.
• Lead monthly business performance reviews and provide actionable financial insights.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial target setting.
• Perform detailed P&L analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases, scenario modelling and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure strong governance, financial discipline and adherence to company policies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through data analytics, dashboards and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience within Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Controlling, Commercial Finance or related functions.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA or MBA will be viewed favourably.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management and business planning.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge business decisions constructively.
• Proficiency with financial modelling, Excel, Power BI, SAP and financial planning tools.
