Regional Finance Manager

Our client is a Global Manufacturing and Distribution company currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager who oversees financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance across multiple countries or business units within a region. The role partners with regional leadership to support strategic decisions and improve financial performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations of all regional subsidiaries
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and payments across multiple entities
• Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with IFRS
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of statutory reporting
• Liaise with external accounting firms, payroll providers, and statutory bodies in each jurisdiction
• Support audits, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management and the Group CFO
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for regional subsidiaries
• Support strategic projects and operational initiatives with financial input
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies
• Ensure alignment of subsidiary financial operations with group standards

REQUIREMENTS

• CPA/ ACCA/ qualified finance professional with at least 8 – 10 years of experience
• Strong hands-on experience managing finance operations, cash flow, and banking
• Proven experience in cross-border or multi-entity financial management with strong working knowledge of IFRS
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is desirable
