Regional Finance Manager

Our client is a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of specialty chemicals with an established presence across Asia, US, Europe and Middle East. As part of their expansion plans globally, they are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee their regional office in Singapore.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO and Regional Managing Director, you will manage lean team and be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting for the Singapore regional office. Your responsibilities include the full spectrum of controllership including AP, AR, GL, month end closing, financial, statutory and management reporting, variance analysis, reconciliation, intercompany, fixed assets and cash management. You will also ensure compliance to internal controls, liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

This is a highly visible role, and you will take the lead in driving finance and process related projects within the organization (eg. process efficiency, ERP system implementation, BEPS transfer pricing) as well as supporting the Regional Managing Director on adhoc analysis and identifying areas of opportunities and risk for the business.

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA and the following relevant experience
