Position Summary
The Regional Commercial Ops Support Executive, MPH & CLT supports the administrative matters of the Commercial Leadership Team including Chief Marketing Officer. The role is responsible for the support of administrative matters relating to meeting scheduling, travel management and submission of expense claims. This role also supports initiatives such as organizing internal team meetings, teambuilding activities and conferences organized by the Regional Commercial team. In the aspect of Marketing Operations, the Regional Marketing Operations Executive (RMOE) is responsible for executing medical marketing activities for existing and future new products launch, in close collaboration with the Regional Commercial (MPH) team, and Local Sales & Marketing teams. The RMOE is responsible for supporting the Regional Commercial (MPH) team for the design, planning and execution of regional medical marketing activities, CME (Continuing Medical Education) meetings, exhibitions, symposium, congresses, and regional KOL development programs. In addition, RMOE will also manage the payment operations to external vendors and tracking of the A&M spending of regional brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support to Commercial Leadership Team
- Calendar management including scheduling and sending invites, booking of meeting rooms etc.
- Travel management including booking of flights and visa applications, hotel and land transfer and arrange travel itineraries etc.
- Co-ordinates regional marketing conferences with inbound travel arrangements for global and country attendees
- Prepare and submit expense request and claims
- Plans activities that strengthens the team
- Manage and coordinate other ad-hoc administrative duties as may be assigned
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Provide inputs to regional campaign implementation as well as budgeting exercises
- Lead project management for regional activities: i.e. small scale expert meeting, third-party conferences and large-scale corporate events in liaison with event management agencies.
- Champion regional and international congress sponsorship and on-site/virtual activities
- Coordinate multi-country International Speaker Tour through itinerary arrangement
- Work closely with country teams to ensure efficient and seamless execution of regional activities
Marketing Operations Support
- Provide secretarial support to Regional Commercial (MPH) Team including logistic and administrative management
- Track and monitor team A&P actual against budget - monthly basis
- Raise PR/PO for regional brands
- Support Regional Team on KOLs travel arrangement
- Ad-hoc reports / activities as assigned
