Product Operations & Support Executive

What you'll do

  • Onboard care agencies and families onto the Organisation platform.
  • Provide user support (troubleshooting, guides, FAQs).
  • Liaise with product team to report bugs, improvements, and new use cases.
  • Prepare training guides, video walkthroughs, and user documentation.
  • Track product usage and feedback to improve customer experience.

What we need

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related.
  • 1-3 years in customer support, product ops, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication skills - able to explain tech simply to seniors & caregivers.
  • Empathy and patience a people-first approach.
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, social services, or aged-care projects.
