This global insurer provides innovative insurance solutions and is renowned for its financial strength and commitment to its global network of clients. In support of its global strategic vision and to shape the future of the region, it is looking to hire a dynamic Regional Chief Strategy Officer, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional CEO and as a key member of the senior executive leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving long-term strategic initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage for the region. In response to market trends, competitive landscape and industry shifts, you will identify new growth revenues, navigate market disruptions and ensure long-term business plans remain on target and aligned to the Group's objectives. You will lead the annual and long-term strategic planning process and facilitate key discussions with regional and global executives to align strategic initiatives for the region. You will translate broad strategies to actionable goals, milestones and operational plans, formulate roadmaps, and support the execution at country and business levels. You will identify strategic investments including M&A, partnerships and new market entry, to accelerate growth. You will champion innovation through fostering a culture of exploring disruptive business models, new products, digital channels and talent shift, to build resilient organizational capabilities.

Requirements

You possess a proven track record in executive leadership roles in strategic planning, business consulting or corporate development. You have demonstrated success in driving business growth and large-scale transformation in a highly dynamic and competitive business environment. With strong knowledge of insurance or financial services, you are business-oriented, highly driven and able to translate broad strategies into actionable plans across multiple countries. Strong understanding of Asia Pacific markets and regulatory environments is essential.
