You'll be responsible for converting warm leads provided through our trusted banking partner. This is a performance-driven role where your communication skills and product knowledge can directly impact your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers referred by our banking partner.
- Promote and sell a range of general insurance products (motor, health, travel, home, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Proven telesales or customer service experience (insurance/banking experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of general insurance products is desirable.
- Comfortable working with CRM and telecalling systems.
- High level of integrity and customer focus.
Salary package:
Basic + Monthly Incentives + Monthly KPI allowance
