- Achieve sales targets and meet key campaign performance metrics, including call quality and operational standards
- Make outbound calls to promote our products to both new and existing customers, using clear and confident product knowledge
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to maximize customer value
- Convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales
- Ensure all sales activities are fully compliant with industry regulations and meet high standards for quality and professionalism
- Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in our system
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of GCE O Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or the financial services industry is preferred
- Possessing an Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be a strong advantage
