Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for the SEA market, aligning local initiatives with our global operational excellence.
- High-Value Partnerships: Identify and close multi-million dollar deals with regional DTC brands, 4A agencies, and enterprise-level e-commerce sellers.
- Ecosystem Management: Cultivate deep-rooted relationships with major social platform stakeholders (TikTok/Meta/Google) to gain first-mover advantages on updates and features.
- Solution Sales: Work cross-functionally with internal Creative, Ad-Ops, and Data Analytics units to build bespoke, full-funnel commerce solutions for clients.
- Commercial Leadership: Lead complex contract negotiations and provide long-term account strategy to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years in Business Development, specifically within Social Commerce, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce enablement.
- Track Record: Proven ability to scale partnerships with mid-to-large-cap brands in the SEA retail or digital advertising space.
- Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of the short-video and live-streaming ecosystem, including creator-driven campaigns and paid media optimization.
- Network: A strong, existing black book of contacts within the regional DTC, FMCG, or digital agency sectors.
- Language: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our global headquarters and regional partners.
