about the job

• Support origination of deals through engaging and pitching to clients and develop new business client relationships
• Conduct credit analysis and put up credit proposals, due diligence and negotiation of term sheets and documents
• Sensitivity analysis and building of financial models
• Working closely with relevant departments, manage, execute and handle the deal process from origination to loan drawdown
• Evaluate and manage waiver and consent requests etc from clients

Reporting to the Head of Structured Finance, you will be part of a lean and dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture

skills and experience required

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, Engineering and related discipline
• At least 4 years of experience in Structured Finance/ Project Finance in Corporate banking
• Strong financial and credit analysis skills, preferably with financial modelling skills
