Job Description
- Work closely with strategic decision makers of corporate / Institutional sponsors/clients in terms of executing and distributing syndicated loan financing facilities
- Coverage of potential syndicated loan partner institutions (lenders and fellow arrangers) in the Asia Pacific region;
- Work closely with counterparts in LFG globally
- Further enhance the loan distribution capability / reach of the bank to allow for more effective derisking of underwrites as well as portfolio management;
- Maintaining close relationship and coverage of syndicate partners;
- Providing updates on syndicated loan market developments / changes
- Prepare call reports on investor meetings and any other relevant market insights.
- Provide underwriting risk analysis/ recommendation for underwriting opportunities;
- To support & assist to win syndicated/ coordinated club loan mandates in the region
- Supporting the execution of LFG Loan mandates
- Compliance with Credit, Risk and Compliance policies and procedures;
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin/ Economics. or relevant concentrations
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the syndicated loan market, familiar with syndicated loan structuring / execution / documentation / distribution and credit analyses
- Strong credit sense and financial background
- Well connected with syndicate lenders and arrangers in the region
- Meticulous with an attention to detail in work, writing and financial analysis
- Independent worker who is reliable and able to find solutions and think out of the box
- A team player who is able and willing to work along with colleagues in the origination and RM teams.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
- Well organised with a strong ability to prioritise various ongoing workstreams.
