Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls from customers.
- Provides first call resolution.
- Handle retail banking products
- Addressing customer questions about banking products, accounts, and services.
- Helping customers with problems and concerns related to their banking accounts or services.
- Ensuring a positive and helpful experience for customers.
- Identifying and promoting other bank products and services to customers.
Requirements:
- Able to commit to shift hours
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Degree of a relevant discipline
