Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring manager.
  • Support hiring manager.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and talent pipeline development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, or administrative support (preferred).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Availability to work flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment.
