This is a 9 months contract hire.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for senior-level candidates with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Maintain scheduling and tracking tools, ensuring information is accurate and systems function optimally.
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and candidates while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Build strong relationships with candidates by providing timely updates on interview schedules and changes.
- Deliver a positive and seamless recruiting experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
- Generate ad hoc recruiting reports and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support interviewer training coordination across locations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline scheduling and coordination workflows.
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as required.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant scheduling, coordination, or recruiting operations experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing complex calendars across regions.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and adapt to changing tools or processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and calendar/meeting management systems.
