Recruiting Coordinator (Global Technology and Social Media Company)
THIS IS AN EXTENDABLE 9-MONTH CONTRACT, HYBRID POSITION
As a member of the recruiting team, the idea candidate will conceive creative ways to engage leading talent.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews, organizing candidates travel and recruiting events
- Communicate professionally and maintain a top level of confidentiality at all times with internal employees and candidates
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring teams to improve recruiting efficiency or procedures and processes
- Produce reports using data analytics to provide insight.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting programs/operations
- Experience with supporting high volume and complex recruitment activity regionally or globally
