We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join us. This is a 360 role, ideal for someone with at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including both business development and fulfilment. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from acquiring new clients and understanding their hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, client meetings, and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs, hiring plans, and company culture.
- Negotiate and close terms of business with new and existing clients.
- Track market trends and maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape.
Candidate Fulfilment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer management, and post-placement follow-up.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent pools) to attract high-quality candidates.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the CRM/ATS system with candidate and client information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role, preferably with a start-up or small-sized employment agency.
- Possesses a valid CEI.
- Well-versed in the local labor market, with proven experience engaging with local companies and recruiting for local roles.
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Strong ability to source and place candidates across a variety of roles and industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
This role is fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings with the founders. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
