FP Global is an executive search firm specialising in the Financial Services sectors across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas. With strong roots in Singapore and a growing presence in Japan, we partner with global corporates to help them secure the talent that drives their success.

We are now expanding our team in Singapore and looking for driven Sales-minded Recruitment Consultants (agency recruiters or in-house TA professionals who want to transition to a more entrepreneurial, client-facing environment).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development with clients across corporate and professional services.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent.
• Build and nurture long-term client and candidate relationships.
• Stay on top of market trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Work closely with a collaborative regional team while owning your Malaysian market.
