  • Business Development: Using your industry's expertise to pitch and develop recruitment solutions.

  • Expert Talent Acquisition: Leverage your proprietary knowledge to source, screen, and interview professionals, looking beyond resumes to assess true technical and cultural fit.

  • Consultative Relationship Management: Act as a Bridge Builder between clients and candidates, providing data-driven market insights and managing the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.

  • Network Activation: Utilize and expand your existing professional network to create a robust pipeline of passive talent and key industry stakeholders.

  • Strategic Influence & Negotiation: Drive the offer process by influencing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring successful placements through persuasive communication and expert deal-closing.

skills and experience required
  • Min 2 years of industry/sales experience
  • Outgoing with good interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys technical and social conversation and building relationship
  • Self motivated and resilient to overcome challenges
