Job Description

The Opportunity:

Adecco is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales and Marketing team permanently! You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client and candidate relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys business development, and has a passion for the domain.

The Job:

Operations & Candidate Management

  • Proactively create and manage your pipeline to meet individual and team targets.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates from various channels, including referrals, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
  • Cultivate and manage a strong candidate portfolio.
  • Provide candidate care, maintaining an updated database and streamlining administration.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, collect feedback, and manage client offers.
  • A role model example of best practices and processes within the team.
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues to excel in their roles.
  • Develop expertise in specific industry niches, becoming an industry expert.

Client Management & Business Development

  • Establish and maintain client relationships through sales calls, meetings, and activities.
  • Understand client needs and provide advisory solutions for their workforce requirements.
  • Network to gather business insights and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Research and generate new business leads and convert them into reliable clients.
  • Stay updated on competitor developments and market changes.
  • Meet business development KPIs, including marketing calls, client meetings, and candidate client interviews.
  • Project involvement when required.

The Talent

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • In- depth expertise in recruitment strategies, talent assessment, and client relationship management.
  • An understanding of industry trends, manpower legislation and best practices in recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for contributing to the growth and success of the team.
