We are looking for a high-energy, resilient Recruitment Consultantto join our team. This isn't a typical 9-to-5 desk job-it's a fast-paced, people-centric role where you'll be the bridge between technical talent and the companies.
Your focus will be on high-volume fulfillment for operations and technical roles, ensuring our clients production lines stay running and their warehouses stay staffed.
You will
- High-Volume Talent Sourcing: Utilize internal and external job boards, social media, and build a robust pipeline of Technicians, Operators, Logistics Assistants, and engineers.
- Contractor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our temporary workforce, focusing on retention and engagement to minimize turnover.
- Client Relationship Management: Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand shift headcount requirements.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all candidates meet strict safety standards and possess the necessary certifications.
Pre-requisite
2+ years in recruitment or industry experience , preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors
Prior recruitment internship/temp experience also welcome if you want to pursue recruitment career
