As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of local subsidiaries belonging to international corporate groups, particularly those headquartered in Asia or Europe.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite and treasury stakeholders to market a full suite of banking products.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives and coordinate with global product specialists to optimize client profitability and revenue.
- Conduct joint planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with lead relationship managers and regional service teams.
- Monitor client exposures, market trends, and business policies to evaluate risks and develop proactive response strategies.
- Structure and document new credit facilities while ensuring strict adherence to global compliance and regulatory standards.
skills and experience required.
- A university degree with at least 6-12 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management for diversified portfolio
- Proven track record in client coverage and a deep understanding of credit business and risk-oriented lending
- Proficiency in navigating complex internal business processes and managing multi-disciplinary sales teams
- Strong analytical skills to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions for corporate clients
- Excellent communication skills in English additional proficiency in European or North Asian languages is an advantage for client engagement
