Salary: Commission-based (unlimited based on hardworks)
- Employing proactive recruitment techniques such as headhunting to target and engage qualified candidates.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability and shortlisting qualified individuals.
- Conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and alignment with our company culture.
- Utilizing multiple channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and databases, to identify potential candidates.
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients, offering detailed insights into their qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Verifying candidates references, qualifications, and employment history, as well as conducting necessary background checks.
- Providing constructive feedback to both clients and candidates following interviews and assessments.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating effective communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assisting in the negotiation and extension of job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and client communications.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and equal opportunity employment laws.
- Staying updated on industry best practices in recruitment and human resources to continuously improve our hiring processes.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
