What Youll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup, youll wear many hats advisor, strategist, connector, and coach. Your mission To create exceptional hiring experiences and deliver talent solutions that truly make a difference.

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and be their trusted advisor on talent strategy.

• Proven experience in a recruitment agency setting in Singapore you understand the local market, talent trends, and client expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated you enjoy the thrill of achieving goals and pushing boundaries.
• Adaptable and resilient you stay composed under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
• Comfortable with tech and data you know your way around CRMs, sourcing tools, and using insights to drive smarter hiring.
