About the role

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity where you will have the flexibility to work from home while earning an uncapped commission-based income.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or sales-focused role
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a driven, results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• CEI certificate required
