Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development within the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) space, winning and converting new mandates
- Build and manage relationships with HR, TA, and senior hiring managers across banks and financial institutions
- Partner clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and workforce planning
- Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement
- Source and engage banking professionals across front, middle, and back-office functions
- Screen and assess candidates for technical capability, product knowledge, and cultural fit
- Advise on market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insights
- Build strong talent pipelines across Global Markets, IB, Risk, Compliance, and Finance
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma; Finance or Business-related fields preferred
- Proven experience in agency recruitment within Banking & Financial Services
- Strong track record in business development and client management
- Good understanding of banking functions and hiring trends
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders (e.g. Directors, MDs, Heads of TA)
- Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
