We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Assistant Sales Manager to join our
Serviced Apartments & Residences team. This role is pivotal in driving personal leases and managing both local and international corporate accounts with individual and group travel potential.
You will support the Director of Sales in executing sales strategies, maximizing revenue opportunities, and strengthening our market presence. If you have a strong passion for sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts across various revenue-contributing market segments.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for sustainable revenue growth.
- Maximize upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with Regional and Centre of Excellence Sales Offices to optimize revenue.
- Conduct site inspections and handle familiarization groups from inquiry to execution.
- Maintain high visibility for the Apartments & Residences across major market segments.
- Analyze market trends and propose proactive strategies to respond to economic, political, or competitive shifts.
- Participate in forecasting activities to support accurate revenue planning.
- Recommend room rate structures including wholesale, long-stay, and group rates.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, tenancy agreements, and handle end-to-end reservation processes.
- Manage pipeline accounts, follow up on leads, and maintain a potential client database.
- Build strong working relationships with all departments to support sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality/ Sales or related disciplines.
- At least two years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
