Identify areas of growth and cost optimisation followed by developing and ensuring the execution of initiatives to drive commercial impact
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to address the key issues and develop actionable solutions
Conduct outside research on industry best practices and create plans on leveraging that for Shopee
Understand marketing, business development and other commercial key objectives and critical success levers, and continuously optimising strategies, designs, reporting and planning processes
Monitor performance of key metrics across Asia markets by working with local markets to identify gaps, followed by an improvement strategy and implementation proactively
Requirements
At least Bachelor's Degree in any field
2+ years of experience in a high-performing organisation or as a generalist management consultant
Previous experience in b2c internet/e-commerce marketing, retail, or FMCG marketing is a plus
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in complex project management
