Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our HR team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and talent databases (ATS)
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with hiring teams
- Provide market insights and recruitment data to support hiring strategies
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
- Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 24 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Singapore and SEA talent market is preferred
