Job Duties:

Recruitment

• Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
• Conducting first-level interview
• Arranging suitable candidates for client interview
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
• Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process

Requirement:

• Diploma /Degree
• 0-1 yr experience
• Able and willing to multi-task
• Good communication skills
• Able to think out of the box with innovative ideas
• 5 day week @ AMK Area
