HR Executive (Degree/no experience required)

What You'll Do:

. Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and develop online training content

. Coordinate leadership programs and employee development initiatives

. Organize employee engagement activities and communication sessions

. Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative tasks

. Help with employer branding through social media content

What We're Looking For:

. Candidates with a positive and proactive attitude who are eager to learn and grow

. Comfortable working with digital tools, including LMS and AI tools like ChatGPT

. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

. Degree in Business, HR, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
