Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and leverage talent pipelines and internal databases for proactive sourcing.
- Coordinate internal mobility and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures during recruitment.
- Support employer branding activities and internal recruitment campaigns.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within corporate or internal HR settings.
- Familiarity with Linkedin will be advantages
