Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources
. Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
. Manage the work pass applications (WP/SPass/EP) and status including monitor of the expiry dates.
. Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
. Update and manage employee records.
. Perform other duties as assigned.
Administrative
- Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies, and provides administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication and computing system.
- Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work with the manager to deal with daily administrative affairs, including document organisation, filing, meeting arrangement and record, etc
- To maintain and update projects database.
- To follow up on workflow processes in the administration department. Generate delivery orders, invoices, forms, reports and efficiently send out documents.
- Able to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
- Back-up for team members
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
- MOM work passes updates and handling of surveys
