Location: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our HR team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and talent databases (ATS)
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with hiring teams
  • Provide market insights and recruitment data to support hiring strategies
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
  • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 24 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Singapore and SEA talent market is preferred
