Qualification
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, either in a technology or cloud environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Ability to engage passive applicants.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and cloud computing.
