The Recruiter will be responsible for providing full life-cycle recruitment support, across all levels and variety of open roles. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in screening and interviewing candidates, be up to date on current job boards and sourcing channels, strong stakeholder management, and finally, a passion in talent attraction.
Performance Objectives:
Excellence
. Partner with hiring managers to establish overall recruiting strategies for searches
. Direct sourcing of candidates is key, together with other sources from internal referral programs to minimize agency usage
. Screen candidates against specific selection criteria, complete written evaluations and share with hiring team
. Manage the interview process, ensuring that the hiring team is properly prepared and candidates are comprehensively evaluated
. Manage candidates through the process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
. Develop competitive offers, manage offer extension and effectively close candidates
. Ensure that new hires are properly on-boarded.
. Identify talent within the marketplace to create a pipeline for current and future hiring needs
. Champion and embed Willis Towers Watson recruitment approaches and tools
. Contribute to the creation of employment value propositions, brochures and other marketing materials for the businesses in the regional segment
People
. Partner with the HR Advisers for each country to ensure smooth handover from recruitment to On boarding
. Meet hiring targets
. Proactively work with the other members of the recruiting teamregionally to share information, ideas and provide support as necessary
. Collaborate with Diversity and Inclusion team in order to meet diversity, gender and other specific recruiting goals
Clients
. Establish a trusted advisor role with hiring managerson theirtalent acquisition strategies provide high quality client relationship management
. Communicate progress to hiring managers concerning status of one's own searches and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary
. Work withLine of Business Leaders within appointed Segment to provide appropriate management information and ensure that all recruitment across the segment is being managed effectively
Financial
. Meet recruiting metrics including number of hires, and cost per hire
. Consistently explore new and innovative approaches that reduce recruiting cost while maintaining high quality support
