Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join the Korn Ferry RPO team, supporting a global leader in the logistics, shipping and supply chain industry.

Based in Pasig City, Philippines, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of corporate functions and customer service roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to attract and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from hiring manager briefings and sourcing through to candidate assessment, interview coordination and offer management.
• Deliver recruitment across corporate functions and customer service positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies and provide a seamless hiring experience.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals and other direct sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and suitability for each position.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide talent market insights, including candidate availability, salary benchmarks and market trends, to support informed hiring decisions.
• Manage multiple vacancies and hiring priorities while ensuring recruitment timelines and service delivery expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency, sourcing effectiveness and overall stakeholder satisfaction.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition, RPO or recruitment agency environment.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions, shared services, customer service or business support roles would be highly advantageous.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate screening and talent pipeline development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with hiring managers across different business functions and levels.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, high-volume or multinational environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and recruitment deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a passion for delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Comfortable working onsite in Pasig City 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home.
