The Merchandising Manager is responsible for establishing performance targets to meet sales and marketing strategies and objectives. Select performance metrics to measure effectiveness, evaluate results and recommend improvements to sales and marketing plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

• With background in handling Fresh Category (Frozen, Meat, Seafood, Produce, Poultry, Eggs)
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Sales and Inventory Management
• Experience in strategic assortment planning and execution
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret market trends
• Leadership skills with team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in retail or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
