We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for being the face of the office - greeting clients and visitors and general admin duty. You will be in charge of contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.

The candidate will need the following:

  • Flexibility is essential, as well as a willingness to assist with tasks.
  • Help solve unforeseen problems, answer queries etc.
  • Good communication is an essential attribute as we will supporting an office of various nationalities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the reception, answering incoming calls, and transferring calls to relevant personnel appropriately
  • Attending to walk-in customers and directing them to the relevant staff.
  • Meet and greet visitors and notify appropriate staff of their arrival.
  • Maintaining reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms).
  • Some Administrative work & Data entry and updating databases.
  • Handle courier, postal, and dispatch activities.
  • Assist management with basic admin tasks.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration.
