Our client is a Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Solutions company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West Central area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry into ERP/relevant system accurately and in a timely manner
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks within the procurement function
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of procurement-related records
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all records
- Assist in updating and verifying information in internal systems
- Support basic reporting and record-keeping tasks when required
- Follow established processes and instructions to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in general administrative duties assigned by the team
- Perform ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
