Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic IT support and assist with simple troubleshooting

  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and support

  • Set up laptops for training sessions and meetings

  • Maintain and track IT inventory

  • Support routine tasks such as scheduled hardware swaps

  • Arrange IT setup for new hires and travelling employees

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding (accounts, equipment, etc.)

  • Support IT procurement (getting quotes, preparing purchase orders)

  • Assist with simple SAP data entry (e.g., parts creation)

  • Handle ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • GCE N Level or above

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in system administration, vendor coordination

  • Able to commit 6-mth contract
