Desktop Support Engineer (Hardware/Programming/AWS+VB)

Details:

• Basic up to $3300 + $200 Allowance + $335 Bonus = $3835 monthly
• AWS + 2X Performance Bonus
• East (near Tampines IKEA)
• Permanent position

Working Arrangement:

• AM or PM (FIXED, can choose):
  - 7am to 7pm + $12 per shift
  - 7pm to 7am + $24 per shift
• 3 to 4 days work week .including 1 weekend

Job Scope:

1. Perform component-level and board-level troubleshooting on PCBA, servers, or electronic modules.
2. Debug hardware failures involving BMC, BIOS, CPU, PCH, DIMM, PSU, backplane, fan modules, riser cards, and other system components.
3. Analyse failure trends and identify root causes using diagnostic tools.
4. Reproduce technical issues and isolate defective components.

Requirements:
. Min NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering
. Experience in hardware troubleshooting (server / PCBA / electronics)
. Basic knowledge of Linux and command-line tools
. Familiar with remote tools such as PuTTY or MobaXterm
