Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python,JavaScript) - hands-on experience preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills across applications, APIs, and systems.
- Experience with incident management and production support environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior hands-on experience in development, QA, or SRE roles.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
