Responsibilities
- Lead technical project management activities to deliver IT solutions aligned with business goals
- Apply hands-on programming knowledge in languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to support project execution and technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, APIs, and systems to resolve incidents and maintain production stability
- Manage incident response and production support processes to minimize downtime and impact
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence to plan, track, and communicate project progress
- Analyze system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to guide technical implementation and integration
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, report status, and facilitate collaboration
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and implement solutions in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in managing project deliverables and resolving ambiguity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Apply prior hands-on experience in development, QA, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles to enhance project outcomes
- Utilize knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to support continuous integration and delivery
- Leverage experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Splunk, and AppDynamics to improve system observability
- Hold certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile to validate project management expertise
