Your Role
As a Real Estate Agent at Haohaoguo Realty, you will:
- Assist clients in selecting properties and achieving their real estate goals
- Market property listings through multiple digital channels
- Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and offer tailored property solutions
- Act as an intermediary to facilitate smooth transactions
- Ensure compliance with CEA regulations and housing laws
- Stay updated on market trends and opportunities
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
What Were Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor&aposs Degree (Real Estate-related preferred)
- Valid CEA license, or eligible with Real Estate diploma/graduate certificate
- Proactive, adaptable, and driven by performance
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
