Role Description
This role is for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at CIRE Singapore. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to customer service, real estate sales, and property transactions within Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Sales Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in high-value residential transactions, providing expert guidance and market insights.
- Luxury Market Expertise Stay informed on Singapore's luxury real estate trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Business Development Build and maintain a strong network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), developers, and investors.
- Negotiation & Transaction Management Oversee end-to-end transactions, ensuring seamless deal closures with professionalism and discretion.
- Brand Representation Uphold Christie's International Real Estate's reputation through exceptional client service and ethical business practices.
- Marketing & Property Showcasing Develop tailored marketing strategies and conduct private viewings of exclusive listings.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury real estate sales in Singapore.
- Strong network of HNWIs and industry professionals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-centric mindset.
- Valid Singapore real estate license (CEA registration required).
