The position involves working with radio frequency systems across a variety of environments, combining hands-on investigations with data-driven insights and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of cellular network performance, including radio frequency signal assessments, coverage validation, and identification of interference or coexistence issues
- Perform site-based activities such as radio frequency measurements, inspections, and technical investigations across indoor and outdoor environments
- Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve network coverage, stability, and overall service quality
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as network operators, vendors, contractors, and site representatives to support issue resolution and project execution
- Support implementation and optimisation of cellular systems, including participation in testing, validation, and deployment-related activities
- Respond to service issues and technical escalations, including time-sensitive cases that may require support outside standard working hours
