Job Summary:
Analytical professional driving sales performance and strategic decisions through data insights, cross-functional execution, and business planning.
Responsibilities
- Analyse store-wide and departmental sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare, manage, and review budgets and forecasts, including rolling updates based on performance.
- Track performance against targets and recommend plan adjustments to align with business objectives.
- Evaluate promotions and business initiatives, proposing enhancements to drive results.
- Support business planning and strategic initiatives through market and competitor analysis.
- Deliver data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness and overall business performance.
- Plan and coordinate cross-functional projects such as store renovations, system enhancements, and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, address risks, and ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare management reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
- Support communication and implementation of management directives across departments.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business planning, sales analysis, consulting, or related functions, preferably within retail or consumer-facing environments.
- Proven experience in analysing sales data, preparing management reports, and delivering actionable insights.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
