Responsibilities:
- Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions
- Conduct industry, market, and company research, including due diligence
- Prepare high-quality client presentations and pitch materials
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Perform valuations using various methodologies
- Provide administrative support throughout deal execution and general office operations
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Professional, well-presented, and able to communicate effectively
Good to have:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships in investment banking or related fields
