We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our M&E engineering team. This role focuses on managing project costing, tendering, and commercial control across electrical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender costing, including BOQ based on drawings and tender documents
- Estimate materials, labour, and project costs accurately
- Evaluate and negotiate sub-contractor and supplier quotations
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost control throughout project stages
- Perform monthly progress valuations and forecast final project costs
- Certify sub-contractor claims and finalize accounts
- Manage all commercial project information including labour, material, and subcontractor costing
- Support management with financial and commercial reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Electrical / M&E construction industry
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in tendering, cost control, and project commercial management
